Age Requirement: Access to top77 is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration, in compliance with PAGCOR's online gaming regulations. An Account is classified as dormant following twelve (12) consecutive calendar months of inactivity, defined as no login, deposit, withdrawal, or gameplay activity. top77 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of ₱50 to dormant accounts, deducted from any remaining balance, and to close dormant accounts with zero balance permanently.
Account Reactivation: Players wishing to reactivate a dormant Account should contact top77 Support via live chat. Identity verification will be required before access is restored and before any dormant-period administrative fees are waived at the Operator's discretion.
top77 accepts deposits exclusively through approved payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI bank transfer, BDO bank transfer, Metrobank bank transfer, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ cash deposits. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit is ₱100.
GCash and Maya deposits are credited to the Account balance in real time upon transaction confirmation by the respective payment provider. Players must complete the stated wagering requirement in full before any bonus-derived balance becomes withdrawable.
top77 monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim single-use bonuses, placing offsetting bets across outcomes to fulfill wagering requirements with minimal risk, and exploiting promotional terms through systematic low-risk play strategies. Accounts identified as engaged in bonus abuse may have bonuses forfeited, winnings derived from abuse voided, and accounts suspended.

Prior to closure, any remaining withdrawable balance will be processed to the Player's registered payment method following standard withdrawal procedures. In cases of suspension pending investigation, all balances will be held in trust until the investigation is resolved.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations and the Republic Act No. 9487 (National Lottery Authority Charter) as it applies to regulated gaming. Any dispute arising under or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Operator reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.
top77 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via a notice posted on the platform no fewer than fourteen (14) calendar days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
